All of our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed to ensure freshness and safety. When your cookies arrive, they will remain fresh in an unopened package for two weeks. Just be sure to keep them at room temperature, away from sun and heat. You can also store them in the freezer, in an airtight container, for up to 3 months. When removing the cookies from the freezer, leave them in the container and allow them to thaw before opening the package. They will be just as delicious as when they first arrived!

As for advanced notice we tell our clients to give us as much of a lead time as possible since our calendar availability fluctuates all the time. Contact us for more specific availability.

Payment is due when you have confirmed your order. We will send you an email to pay via credit card or we accept Venmo.

The size of the cookies varies based on the shape of the cutter that is used to compliment the theme. Most of the designs look best when there are a variety of shapes and sizes. Most of the cookie shapes range between 2.5" to 4". Our printed cookies are on a 3" circle.

Our cookies are sold by the dozen with a minimum of 1 dozen per order.

We will deliver within a 5 mile radius of Roseville, CA for $15. We offer porch pickup for those who want to avoid shipping/delivery costs. We can absolutely ship cookies anywhere in the US. All of our cookies are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and packaged to ensure a safe arrival at their intended destination. The cost of shipping is not included in the cookie price per dozen.
